The hospitality industry is characterised by its international environment. HORESTA recognises that this means that many companies choose English as the primary language.

It is important for us to ensure that all of our members have access to information concerning the collective agreement. As a result, our next collective agreement seminar will be held in English!

The seminar, which is exclusively for members of HORESTA Arbejdsgiver, is aimed towards employees with managerial responsibilities or those administering salary to employees who are subject to the collective agreement. The seminar will include discussions and information on common practical issues. The topics will be as follows:    

  1. Vocational groups and demarcations within the Main Agreement
  2. Establishing the terms of employment and the employment contract
  3. Duty roster and working hours in the Main Agreement
  4. Pay and allowances within the main agreement
  5. Flexibility and local agreements within the main agreement
  6. Sickness
  7. Termination of employment

Husk korrekt løn ved overgangen til sommertid

Når uret stilles frem i marts, bliver nattevagter en time kortere. Det påvirker ikke medarbejdernes løn, da de fortsat har krav på betaling for deres garantitimer. Her er, hvad virksomheder skal være opmærksomme på i forbindelse med overgangen til sommertid.

Lovforslag om løngennemsigtighed sendt i høring

Det har været længe ventet – og nu er der fremsat lovforslag om løngennemsigtighed, som er sendt i høring. Med lovforslaget er der lagt op til, at reglerne om løngennemsigtighed udskydes og først træder i kraft den 1. januar 2027.
