Hospitality is an international profession, but for those who do not have Danish as first language it can be challenging and difficult to understand and apply Danish employment law.
HORESTA offers an introduction course to Danish Employment Law enabling you to understand the so called “Danish Model” and basic key tools regarding:
- Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Salaried Employees
- Sickness
- The Holyday Act
- Discrimination
- Disciplinary actions
- Termination of employment
The course is aimed at international HR professionals and others who are not Danish speaking but wants to manage and understand the basics of Danish Employment Law.
The course will take place the 5th of April 2022 from 09:00 - 16:00.
