HORESTA offers an introduction course to Danish Employment Law enabling you to understand the so called “Danish Model” and basic key tools regarding:

  • Collective Bargaining Agreements
  • Salaried Employees
  • Sickness
  • The Holyday Act
  • Discrimination
  • Disciplinary actions
  • Termination of employment

The course is aimed at international HR professionals and others who are not Danish speaking but wants to manage and understand the basics of Danish Employment Law.

Husk overenskomsternes nye lønsatser fra 1. marts 2026

I forbindelse med overenskomstfornyelsen for 2025 til 2028 er der aftalt nye satsstigninger. De gælder for alle medlemmer, der er tiltrådt en overenskomst, samt for virksomheder, der har indgået en virksomhedsoverenskomst.
